How to Return my unused candle
If you would like to return any candles, you can send your unburned and unused candles to us at the following address:

Please contact Customer Support before sending your return package.Once we receive the candles, we will get a refund out to you for the price of the candles. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items returned beyond the 7 day return policy located here are ineligible for a refund and will only receive store credit for the purchase cost of the candle, shipping is non-refundable.
Please note: Once the refund is processed it may take between 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
